With the middle finger of your right hand, press the k and release. Practice

CAPITAL: Now type a capital K. With the pinky finger of your left hand hold down the shift key. With the middle finger of your right hand press the K key. Practice.

SPACE between letters by pressing the space bar with your thumb, between each letter you type.
