Where do cheetahs live? Africa south of the Sahara; southwestern to central Asia

Habitat: They live in tropical grasslands, deserts, and temperate grasslands.

How big do they get? Body: 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 feet; Tail: 25 1/2 inches to 31 1/2 inches
How much do they weight? Males: 90 to 140 pounds.  Males only slightly larger than females.
What do they eat? small antelope and other small animals
What are their enemies? lions and hyenas and humans( loss of habitat and prey)
What do they look like? Slender, long-legged body. Coat is yellow with small black spots. Black "tear marks" run from the corner of their eyes, down the sides of the nose to the mouth.
How many babies do they have? Average litter size 3 to 5 cubs
Do they have any special skills? Cheetahs are the fastest land mammals. In short bursts can run up to 64 miles per hour. Go from  0 to 60 mph in 3 seconds.
Are there any special facts about them? Cheetahs hunt using speed. Cheetahs can purr, but do not roar. They hunt during the day, not night.
Do they live alone or in groups? Males live in groups called coalitions; females live alone.
